Book time in our boardroom

The boardroom contains a conference table with seating for six people to hold in person meetings. A computer connected to a TV with sound bar, microphone, and camera is also available for video conferencing. Additional seating can be added if necessary.

For visitors, time slots of 4 hours are open from Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, dependent on availability. For those outside of the office, there is a fee of $45 + HST to book time in the boardroom. This fee can be paid by cash or cheque. All cheques should be made out to 'Robert Archibald General Contracting Limited'

Tenants are limited to 4 hours of use per week in the boardroom, dependent on availability.
