Antigonish Administrative Shared Workspace is committed to providing you with an all inclusive work experience. We currently offer 3 different levels of service to our clients.
Digital Member
AA Shared Workspace will provide you with a physical business address separate from your home address. With a separate business address, you can avoid giving out your personal home address to clients or associates that you do not know. As a Digital Member, you can be certain that your package deliveries are signed for and received without having to wait around at home for them to be delivered. If you frequently move home or travel, an anchored business address can also prevent confusion for your customers. Subject to availability, you are also provided with 5 free hours of rental time in our conference room per month, allowing you to have a space away from home where you can conduct important meetings.
In-House Member
Rent a fully furnished private office space in our co-working office in downtown Antigonish. This rental includes the following perks for one flat rate. All utilities are included with your rent, including highspeed Fibre-Op internet with a download speed of 940 Mbps. This package also includes use of the shared office printer, other equipment and some basic office supplies in a pinch. Your office will come furnished with a desk, computer chair, visitor chair and a filing cabinet. You will also be able to book time in our conference room for meetings at no additional charge, access to the kitchenette and lounge area, a personal parking space and guest parking. With your own key, enjoy the freedom to come into work at any time outside of our front desk hours.
All Inclusive Member
Like the In-House package, as an All Inclusive Member you are provided a fully furnished private office in a shared co-working space in downtown Antigonish. All utilities are included in your rent, as well as basic office supplies, access to the conference room, kitchenette and lounge area, and a personal parking space. In addition, the All-Inclusive package offers you call forwarding from our main phone line and mailing services. Mailing services include a company address that any business-related mail sent too - any incoming mail will be sorted by our front desk person and delivered to you when received, outgoing mail will be sent out for delivery twice a week. IT setup is also included, we will provide you with a professional email address at our domain name, yourname@aaworkspace.com, and a Microsoft 365 license. Microsoft 365 provides you access to all of their programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and a 1000GB OneDrive cloud storage system. Our IT set up is a great option if you would like to start a new small business without the overhead and commitment required with long term contracts.
